to create a luxurious retreat that seamlessly integrates with
nature. DEEPBLUE's team of designers presented three distinct
designs featuring six 3-bedroom triangular villas, ultimately
earning the approval of the hotel's general manager.
DEEPBLUE's design comprises two sets of triangular duplex villas,
each spanning two floors and housing four bedrooms with
corresponding bathrooms. The innovative Model:3 hotel suites
measure L15000×W9000×H8500mm, offering a ground floor area of 30.9㎡
and an equal area on the first floor, resulting in a total space of
61.8㎡. This unique geometric configuration not only enhances the
aesthetic appeal of the hotel but also provides a harmonious blend
of sophistication and natural charm.
DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE embraced cutting-edge materials and advanced
construction techniques during the building process, ensuring a
seamless integration of design and functionality. The use of
